StokerCon 2025
StokerCon 2025 is the premiere horror literary convention presented by the Horror Writers Association. The 2025 convention will be hosted in Stamford, Connecticut at the Hilton Stamford Hotel from June 12 to June 15, 2025.

Spooktastic Book Fair
The third annual Spooktastic Book Fair has a new location and will be haunting the Framingham Public Library on Saturday, September 13th! We'll be hosting 40+ authors ranging from creepy kidlit to adult horror, four publishers, several vendors of interesting and mysterious items, and a brewery! Save the date and start off Spooky Season right!
Anastasia Garcia will be a speaker at the event and tabling with her books.

Middle Grade Magic 2025
Join School Library Journal on March 6 for our seventh annual Middle Grade Magic virtual event, a day-long celebration of authors and creators dedicated to crafting literature for kiddos ages eight through 12. Get a first look at some of the most anticipated new titles for your young readers, from modern coming-of-age tales to eye-popping graphic novels to immersive fantasy.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to check out the virtual exhibit hall, chat directly with booth reps, download educational resources, and enter to win prizes and giveaways.
Anastasia Garcia will be on the “Young Sleuths” panel at 3:30pm EST.


Halloween Reading @ Astoria Bookshop
Astoria Bookshop will host a Halloween Story Hour with author of GHOSTLY, GHASTLY TALES, Anastasia Garcia.
Join us for a reading of a few scary stories sure to delight children of any age.
Guests can also purchase a copy of the book and have it personalized by the author.
This event is open to kids of all ages.

The Floral Park Library will host a Halloween Story Hour with author of GHOSTLY, GHASTLY TALES, Anastasia Garcia.
Join us as we hear a ghost story story from her latest collection and children will enjoy a snack and craft activity.
This event is open to Floral Park Library patrons and kids ages 5-12.

Q&A with Stephanie Kiser, in conversation with Anastasia Garcia
Join us for the launch of Astoria local Stephanie Kiser's Wanted: Toddler's Personal Assistant -- an alternately poignant and funny memoir that reads like a cross between Maid and Primates of Park Avenue. Stephanie will be joined in conversation by Anastasia Garcia (@anastasiawrites).

Women in Horror Reading
Anastasia Garcia will appear at the Women in Horror: A Celebration & Reading virtual event sponsored by the Syosset Public Library on March 16 at 7:00pm EST. Readings and Q&A from authors: Cynthia Pelayo, Anastasia Garcia, Carol Gyzander, and Meghan Arcuri.
